Yes, across the board. Georgia has never legalised sports betting, and no Georgia official has acted against prediction markets, so Kalshi, Polymarket US and Novig all operate with sports, and the sportsbook companies' prediction apps, FanDuel Predicts and DraftKings Predictions, specifically list sports contracts in Georgia because it's a state their sportsbooks can't enter. Status as of October 15, 2026.

The legal picture
Georgia is, with Texas and California, one of the big states where prediction markets fill a gap rather than compete with licensed books. There's no gaming regulator with sports betting jurisdiction, the attorney general hasn't acted, and the legislature's repeated failures to pass sports betting mean there's no licensed industry lobbying against the exchanges. That could change if a tribal or lottery interest objects, but nothing has been filed.
What to do
- Pick by product: Kalshi for breadth, Novig for free pre-game singles, FanDuel/DraftKings for the familiar interface.
- Age is 18 on most of them, 21 on Novig.
